AdultingSucksss it’s an art / design store created for the contemporary adults. 

MISSION

Create a brand from scratch with the aim of creating brand awareness and generating new fans.

WHAT WE DID 

We started with the naming of the brand. 

Made from a phrase ¨AdultingSucks!¨ since the business is focused on the contemporary adult, we though would be funny to write a catchy phrase and started to make a story trough this phrase. 

The story began when two couple moved together and started to realize that being an adult sucks, but it’s cool at the same time cuz we can buy and have the stuff we couldn’t when we were little kids. 

Developed the brand through bright red and yellow colors with a little of nostalgia, and contemporary designs. Remembering the colors of McDonald’s, since every adult has that memory of going to McDonald´s and have fun with the family when they were little kids.

For the launch of the brand to gain fans, we started a campaign to help families in the need during the start of the pandemic. We collected more than $500 usd selling a special and exclusive t-shirt and donated that to an ONG.

We also designed merch for the contemporary adult and also created an experience with the purchase.

RESULTS

A brand created with a memorable and easy-to-remember name for the user together with a friendly and modern visual identity with communication messages that are consistent with the brand’s personality based on a strategy. 

IMPACT

More than 200 costumers on the first Q1 of 2020.

Loyalty fan base and more than 4k followers on Instagram.

Gained Free advertising and PR through artists and fans.

Gained respect from the artistic community.

More than 200 costumers happy with their purchase of exclusive art and designer toys.
