Talent Hub Corp was born from the need to create a self-management platform for recruitment services, giving a 360° and technological turn to the conventional recruitment system to one that is automated, efficient, at a lower cost and without intermediaries.
Its purpose is to connect people looking for work with companies looking for applicants without intermediaries.
MISSION
Create a brand from scratch with the aim of creating brand awareness and generating new users on the platform.
WHAT WE DID
We started with a discovery session to discover a little more about the project and the business.
After a discovery session was made, we carry out a brand strategy to define its culture, its values, its user persona, its personality, its tone of voice, its name, its communication messages (messaging) and get closer to how this brand could be seen visually and in what scenario could coexist.
We defined your name through a series of specific categories which allowed us to create many names until we found the perfect name, this is what is called Naming.
Following this, we designed the corporate visual identity of the brand based on our design thinking with the brand strategy, this allowed us to have much more clarity when designing. We design KeyVisuals, Facebook and IG Ads, ready to be launched to the audience with the aim of having brand awareness to attract users.
We collaborate with Ux and UI experts to make a user-friendly platform experience with branded icons and designed elements.
RESULTS
A brand created with a memorable and easy-to-remember name for the user together with a friendly and modern visual identity with communication messages that are consistent with the brand’s personality based on a strategy.
IMPACT
Metrics in progress. The platform will be launched on the Q1 of 2022.
